During the initial training each franchisee will receive a comprehensive training and operations manual – a fully documented operating system for your Business Coaching franchise. This will be regularly updated as new programs and procedures are developed and introduced.
Training
Within the first 12 months of operation Business Coaches receive a minimum of 20 days classroom and field based support, including ICF accredited coach training. Full details of all the training involved can be found on the training page >
Technology
Franchisees will receive a customised laptop fully installed with all the software required to run and manage your business. We will also pre-load a copy of all our essential coaching tools and supporting documents. You will have unlimited access to our very own extranet which provides an extensive range of valuable documents for your own business, and your clients business.
Other technical resources include: The Ology Document Generator™ tools (bespoke report writing software); An online behavioural profiling system; Your own personalised website which is visible on all the main search engines and easy to find within our own website; A high quality monthly e-newsletter you can distribute to your contacts.
Marketing
A comprehensive range of marketing resources are available to enable the promotion of all Ology programs and business coaching services, including e-newsletters, fliers, website - all personalised to each individual franchisee. Comprehensive training is provided to enable each franchisee to competently deliver the core Marketing strategies.
In addition a pack containing letterheads, continuation sheets, compliment slips and business cards anticipated to be necessary to operate the business for six months personalised with the Franchisees own details is supplied.
Support
Business Coaches are not only supported by the Ology Head Office – but also a Regional Principal who is their first point of contact and assists in their successful development.
The power of the network – Ology Business Coaches come from a variety of backgrounds, each with their own skills, experience and knowledge. This provides a significant resource for all franchisees for mutual assistance and support.
Throughout the year there are a number of opportunities for franchisees to meet; including the Annual Conference, National Training Day and the monthly Ology Coach Development Network – a franchisee led initiative where the topics of the day are determined by the needs of the franchisees and the day is facilitated by a Business Coach.
