Ology Business Coach Training
A fundamental difference of Ology Business Coaching is the commitment to training of new franchisees and continuous on-going support. Within the first 12 months of operation all new Business Coaches receive a minimum of 20 days training and field support which includes all aspects of setting up, launching and running a successful Ology Business Coaching franchise.
Initial Business Coach Training
The initial training is classroom based at the company's headquarters in Warrington, UK and is presented by members of the Ology Management Team.. Upon completion of this training, there are 5 days of specialist coach training to be undertaken by all franchisees - Ology Business Coaching is the first and only international franchise to provide it’s franchisees with training by our global coaching partners, the Adler School of Professional Coaching, receiving training accredited by the International Coach Federation.
Advanced Business Coach Training
Further training is staged at regular intervals to ensure that there are no gaps in your skill set, enabling you to maximise your effectiveness – and help you to develop a successful business.
After the franchise has been launched, Business Coaches continue to be mentored and supported by their Ology Regional Principal and Ology Head Office. All franchisees are trained and equipped to market their business effectively within their local area. A detailed skills based Development Program is devised for the first three months of operation to reinforce the core skills, which are crucial to the success of your business.
Every franchisee has the opportunity to take part in future franchisee training courses to allow them to maintain their core skills without additional charge.
Accredited Coach Training Program
Business coaching is one of the fastest growth industries in professional services and is currently unregulated in the UK and Ireland, but even as we speak more and more clients are asking for proof of capability... Which means in the future only those with recognised coach qualifications, such as ICF accreditation will stand the test of time and enjoy lucrative and fulfilling careers.
