The Ology Network
We are looking for very specific people to become Ology Business Coaches. They are professional, committed men and women who have chosen to make a change to their career or business life and to take control of their lifestyle, income potential and working environment.
As a result franchisees come from a wide variety of backgrounds, bringing with them a significant range of skills, experience and knowledge. The power of the network lies in its ability to harness this diversity – creating great potential for mutual support and assistance.
Business Coaches first point of contact and support is their Ology Regional Principle, who will assist in their successful development. In addition to supporting a team of Business Coaches, Regional Principles look after some of their own business clients – this ensures that they maintain and develop their coaching skills through hands-on experience.
Ology organise many opportunities throughout the year for franchisees to share their knowledge and skills within the network. In addition to the Annual Conference and National Training Day there is the monthly Ology Coach Development Network – a franchisee led initiative where the subjects covered are decided by the franchisees. Depending on the topic and the needs of the Coaches the day is either facilitated by an Ology Business Coach or an external trainer.
More regular communication between the franchisees occurs on the Ology extranet – the OlogyNet! As well as providing instant access to all franchise information, including marketing materials, business briefs and information sheets there is a live information exchange and interactive forum, where coaches raise questions, seek support or advice, provide information and share best practice.
